3.5 gas59 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
4.1 gas59 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at the time of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review.
4.2 Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driver's licence (SIM). Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in date.
4.3 gas59 may also request proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill issued within the preceding three months showing your full name and Indonesian residential address) and proof of payment method ownership.
4.4 Withdrawals may be placed on hold and Account access may be restricted until KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to the satisfaction of the gas59 compliance team. gas59 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
4.5 gas59 will handle all identity documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely and used solely for verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
5.1 All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gas59 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at gas59's discretion from time to time.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the deposit transaction within the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by gas59's payment processing systems. Standard confirmation times are under five minutes for Indonesian bank transfers and under two minutes for e-wallet transactions, although gas59 does not guarantee these processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.
5.4 You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods owned by third parties will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of the associated funds pending investigation.
5.5 gas59 does not accept deposits from credit cards, prepaid cards, or any cryptocurrency. Deposits made via unsupported payment methods may be returned, less any transaction fees incurred, at gas59's discretion.
5.6 gas59 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request evidence of the source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have been fully verified under the KYC process described in Clause 4. gas59 will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. gas59 reserves the right to request additional verification if the requested withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.
6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform at the time of submission. gas59 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays.
6.4 gas59 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gas59 accepts no responsibility.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gas59's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the gas59 support team via live chat or at support@gas59.app. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds.
13.2 gas59 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.
13.3 Upon Account closure by either party, any Bonus Funds, unused free bets, and bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited without compensation.
